I recently just got my credit score at a good score. Intentionally I didnt know the dealership was going to run my credit over ten times after the first one failed to approve me , now I have 10 inquiries on my credit report that need to be disputed it will really help keep a good credit score I had before. I know I need to be more cautious about letting dealers or ext. take social for any reason. Thank you I hope this issue get solved.

Customer was educated on the process of applying for an automotive loan and the opportunity for submitting the application to multiple lenders in an attempt to secure financing.  Further follow up post visit was provided and  educational resources to assist the customer with information to credit scoring and the affects of credit inquiries.  The following link was provided as a reference:  ****************************************************************************************************.

Per the ************************************* "Shopping for the best deal on an auto loan will generally have little to no impact on your credit score(s). The benefit of shopping will far outweigh any impact on your credit.
In some cases, applying for multiple loans over a long period of time can impact your credit score(s). Lenders can make requests, also known as inquiries, to access your credit files from the consumer credit reporting companies. These requests will generally only count as a single inquiry if theyre made within 14 to 45 days of each other. Shopping for two different types of loans, such as a mortgage loan and an auto loan, will count as two separate credit inquiries."

We make every attempt to help and assist our customers no matter their credit or buying situation and appreciate the opportunity to serve.

Signed for a car on 06/01/24 and was told we wouldn't be able to take it home due to needing things serviced and the car needing detailed. The car sat at the dealership til 06/07/24. Tires were supposed to be replaced, brakes and rotors replaced and the scuffs and scratches were supposed to be painted and buffed out. They turned the tires inside so we couldn't see it had chunks of tire missing. There were beads all in the tires. The scuffs and scratches are still there. Only the brakes and rotors in the back got replaced.

      Dear BBB,

Customer agreed to purchasing vehicle prior to vehicle service inspection being performed.  A verbal commitment was made to inspect the vehicle and replace things like brakes and tires if deemed necessary.  Tires measured above 5/32" and were not replaced, a set of brakes for one axle were replaced(rear), the front brakes measured above 4mm and were in good keeping,  oil and filter were changed, tires were rotated only, the vehicle received an alignment, new wiper blades, and a timely oil leak repair was made to the vehicle.

Immediately following the customer's purchase the customer took the vehicle to a friend to review and was advised that the vehicle required (4) tires, so the customer agreed to have the tires replaced, then immediately provided our company with a poor google review.

Upon receipt of the review, the customer was contacted immediately and offer to reimburse the customer for the tires was made and agreed by the customer.  The refund is currently in process.

Customer also agreed that the attempt to repair any cosmetic concerns with the purchase were acceptable and that the customer was very pleased with the vehicle.

Unfortunately the party involves a couple who do not agree or see eye to eye on their purchase, where one is satisfied and the other is not.

At this time we feel that we have met and exceeded any and all expectations for this purchase.

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

The car was in fact not taken to a "friend" but to a tire shop. The pictures are proof that they needed replaced and were a danger to have even driven off the lot with. My wife and I agree on the vehicle so to say that we do not meet eye to eye about it is false. The refund that is in "process" was a check that was supposedly sent out 2 weeks ago with a tracking number but is nowhere to be seen. We were told MULTIPLE times before purchasing that it would be getting new tires and new brakes and rotors..not "only if deemed necessary" but that it was their standard practice.

      Sincerely,

      ******** ****** *******

I was a customer at their new Sandusky, Ohio location and It seems like every time I go in, I tell them issues I am having that go completely ignored or I come out with a problem I did not have before. First, I purchased a package called Cardoc that gives me 12% off services and parts in the shop. I was told I would not be covered anymore. Second, I reported a starting issue which they diagnosed as a bad battery, but I still am having the issue. In my opinion they don’t want to fix it because it’s probably covered by my bumper to bumper warranty and they’d rather charge me for a part out of pocket. Third, I have consistently asked them to change my front brakes, which they never do because I have already paid for them under the Cardoc, even though I’m promised two sets at intervals of 30,000 miles, which I’m way overdue on. Fourth, last time I was in 5,000 miles ago they said my tires were great, now they said 5,000 miles later my tires need replaced, no longer evenly worn and needed alignment(which costs extra). And lastly, I consistently report a brushing noise on my front driver side tire, which has been addressed several times and I did not have before my last visit. Now, the noise is back, which again I’m assuming they won’t fix because it’s related to brakes that I regularly request to be changed and I’ve already paid for. I assume either they sold me a lemon or they are determined I do not get the Cardoc service I paid for and they charge me for all the extra money they can get. I want a total refund of my Cardoc service at this point and I also will try very hard to never buy another car from these people
