I placed an order with this company on 11/6/2024 and paid with Pay Pal. The amount of the invoice was $294.83 and the items were 2 pair of sneakers. A week or so later, a representative from the company called me and informed me one of the pair of shoes were out of stock. We went through several other pairs until I found a pair that was in stock. That pair was ordered as a replacement to the item that was out of stock. After waiting several weeks, and communication via text messages, I began requesting a refund due to the extending amount of time elapsing and not receiving my orders. I was asked several times to wait another week. To their credit I was offered discounted pricing which I did not accept as I wanted the merchandise. On 12/18/2023, the company sent me an email of the invoice being refunded. I emailed a few times asking for the refund reference number but have not received a response. I have not received any refund as of this date and assume it was not actually refunded. Shortly after Christmas Day, I received the first pair of shoes. I was out of town and when I returned, I notified the company via text and informed them I received the first pair and asked if they could update me on the second pair. The representative informed me the order was lost and asked me to pay for the order received, minus 20% as my order had been refunded. I informed them I have not received a refund of any sort from them. I have emailed and text messaged several times since and the company no longer responds or attempt to resolve the issue of me not receiving second order. The pair I received cost $149.00. The second pair cost $154.95 which I never received. Order was placed on 3 Dec. 2023 with peacocktee. Was advised that the clothing items(for my grand children) had been shipped on 6 Dec. 2023 and would arrive in 7-15days. This never happened until 10 Jan. 2024 (ruining part of Christmas for us). In between those dates several e-mails (see downloads) were exchanged and the company offered me a 20% discount. The discount amount (to my Discover card) was agreed to be 40% ( $79.70 ) (again see downloads)but I was requested to wait until items were delivered, which I complied with. After items were received I sent an e-mail requesting a timeline for issue of my promised credit. The next day the company sent notice that they would not issue any credit!! The downloaded e-mails have much more detail than I am able to provide here.Initial Complaint

placed order with PeacockTee on line for LSU Jersey on Oct. 21st paid through PayPal. It has cleared our bank. I received a tracking # through USPS. But they informed me that that item has never reached their facilities. Tracking # *************************** on the email i received from Peacock it continues to state (the tracking data is not available now. Please come back later.) Which i have done continuously. I have called the number on website, but all i get is a part-time employee that says i have to text the company and they will get back to me. Which they have not.
