We have taken our 2014 Ford E-350 to Greer Automotive for repairs over the past 5 months. One repair of $1,171.48 (#*******) was conducted without consent. The other repair of $3,733.40 (#*******) was to repair brakes, joints, drag link, rods, etc they deemed necessary and resulted in a parking brake not working. The brake worked prior to repair and did not following. Greer did not apologize, attempt to reimburse, correct or otherwise act in either case.Business response

We did reach out to the customer to talk about their issues to find a solution they were happy with, they will not call us back on the matter. We can't resolve anything without actually talking to them about it. We got the van back in after the customer complained about the parking brake not working, also contact them to come down to the shop to show them and explain that issue, they did not call us back or come out to see the problem, someone else stopped in to pick up the vehicle and then we received the complaint, in which we called the customer again to discuss, still won't return the phone callsCustomer response

We had a phone call with Greer Automotive yesterday around 11:30 a.m. Unable to reach resolution, we have scheduled an in-person meeting on Thursday, Jan 6. I will update following our meeting.
