I went to Wendy's for Mother's Day. I got the new Cobb Salad. I placed the order online and then drove over 20 minutes to the restraurant. The lady at the speaker was not very friendly and once I got to the window I was asked to pull forward. I waited approx. 10 minutes for the food. Once I got home, the salad was horrible. It looked nothing like the pictures in the ad. It literally looked like they went out in the flower bed and pulled weeds. It was competely inedible. I had no choice but to throw it away. The taste was worse than the presentation. I paid $8.49 for it, too! I have contacted Wendy's Corporate number three times now and even was given a Complaint # of ********. I also sent a follow up email to Wendy's. I have never been contacted by either my Oberlin Wendy's nor the corporate office. This went from being something that I could have simply been refunded for to now being disappointment in the Wendy's brand/name. I was trying to be honest and fair, but with no contact in nearly two months from Wendy's, I will have to truly be honest and give negative reviews. Very disappointing.
