On Monday night Feb 13, 2023 I ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch medium Pizza at 1030p over the phone and provided my *** debit card information. My order number was *** and I ordered from the ** ******* location in *********** **. I never received my order. No call or no txt message. No one ever called or delivered my pizza. I went to the website around 11p that night and filed a complaint, the next morning Tuesday. I received a call from Lauren and she said she would call the store. Jason the manager at the store called and said that the order was marked delivered and that his employee called me and text me and didn’t have the apartment number but still left the pizza. I told Jason I never received my order and that I am not lying about receiving my order he then argues with me and says that he saw his employees call log and that he knows that a call and txt was made. I said no sir, he then asked me for me debit card number and said that I would get a refund after being so rude and disrespectful. It’s 2/17/23 and I still don’t have my refund. I called yesterday 2/16/23 and Christina told me to call ###-###-#### and ask for a Scott and no return call. I just want my money back for a pizza I never received.Business response

Thank you for making us aware of this situation. I'm sorry to hear that this matter was not immediately resolved. We were informed by the pizzeria that this was taken care of on 2/14 when the pizzeria did issue a refund for the order. If this is not the case, please let us know.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Yes the company issued a refund and credit for my inconvenience and this made me happy.
