We hired Invisible Excavations to fix a leak in the basement at the front north side of our house-- They dug along the foundation & showed me a black "barricade" that they placed all across the side of the foundation - 10 feet from the corner toward the back with the note " digging down 6 inches below footer line & installing clean out T for access at footer line." Anyway, since they did the work, we have had water leaking in the basement along that wall when there was even a little rain. I called the manager "****" out who looked at it and didn't offer any advice other than that we could hire someone to plug a few little visible leaks on the inside of the basement wall. **** agreed that there were small leaks in spite of the "barrier" their workers put there. I can't upload documents, but let me know if I can mail it to you. I sent the BBB a letter about this issue on 2/28/24.

I had company come out for an estimate to hydrojet my leechfield. I mentioned I also would like a layout or blueprint of our system since none exist. The estimator said they would be able to provide an idea of what style is there and we would need to camera prior to jetting. I paid $89 for the conversation. I scheduled for camera and hydrojetting and was told camera by itself was $220 but included in hydro jetting for 1100. 2 very young individuals came out and put a camera in. They came back said unfortunately they went 170ft with no success because 5ft in there was black water and they would need to excavate and put in another access point the quote was 5150. They charged me 189. I called another company for 2nd opinion this individual told me that we possibly have a well style of system due to our property being only 100ftx 60 ft and that hydrojetting or snaking wont fix the issue. He said he could camera and identify what style of system is there. He advise me to call Invisible excavations to see why their camera didnt have a locator. I called and was transferred to owner who admitted that miscommunication had occured and the camera option for 220 which is what i was told i would be getting offered a layout and a blueprint was 150 more and 189 was none of these. I would have paid the 31 more had i known and been told that these were options. He said he would follow up that evening and refunding the 189 was mentioned. He acted very defensive and I found that odd I was never rude and certainly never said his company was bad. He never followed up. I emailed the company twice and no response. His incompetent camera employees did nothing. I am not asking for the 89 back but I think its only right they refund me the 189 for lack of communicating what my options were. It truly feels predatory as they wanted to charge me 5k blindly and a more experienced and knowledgeable individual was more helpful and he based it on the 170ft that IE said they went??
