      I purchased a pair of Beast GTS 23 wide shoe on 2/10/2024, These cost me $139.95, I had been given a $20.00 discount by being a text messages of being a loyal customer. I was told that I had a 90 day return policy and that I could bring the shoes back within that 90 days so that I could have been given a warraty repair for the shoes. I took my shoes into the store and talked to an associate named Arron and he and another employee were examining my shoes. He went and was talking about getting me another pair of shoes and he was in the back talking to another employee and he then decided that I did not qualify for this warranty that daves running shoes offer to any other customer, stating that I had done one or two returns. He refused to look at me or even respond to me when I asked him a question. This was rude and disrepectful, I am wondering does this have to due with the fact that I am a large person and he is young and in shape, is this a form of body shaping? I felt body shamed and discrimintaed against. The amount I want refunded is $149.95.

      Thank you for bringing this to our attention. 

      The link below details our 60 day return policy. This was in place well before February 10, 2024 when Mr. ********** made his purchase.

      The shoe in question, after 89 days of use, was showing heavy wear but was not displaying any visible defects, so we do not feel that a refund should be expected.

      Nevertheless, we've refunded the full amount to the original method of payment. We've also responded to multiple other channels that he used to submit his complaint.
