Affordable Basement Solution replaced all downspout drain at my property. Tony stated there’s a 25yr warranty for work done. Called Tony within 1yr after repair because 1 of the drains was not installed correctly, tons of water at my foundation. After multiple excuses from tony such as knee surgery, relocating office Tony stopped answering. Sad thing is I actually recommended him to neighbor for a job he did. Long story short he lied about “warranty” and is causing to find another company to repair his work. STAY AWAY!!!Customer response

Affordable Basement solution did come out and resolve issue. Issue turned out to be clogged riser which may have been caused by my gutters. Id like to close complaint, thank you.
