This office is so unprofessional its baffling. I would not suggest to start your Invisalign at this office.*************** can up and decide she just doesnt like you and doesnt want to finish your Invisalign leaving you with attachments on your teeth and scrambling to find a dentist to take your case. I never once received a dismissal letter but yet she will not see me for an ortho scan.Regardless of my employment status at this office; *************** entered a patient/dr relationship with me when she placed the ortho attachments on my teeth and wants to leave me with unfinished treatment even though I PAID for my Invisalign. When I called to make an appointment to have my ortho check done, she refused without probable cause for dismissal.I have called corporate several times to ask about having my records released and they keep directing me back to *************** and she, nor the manager will return my call in a timely fashion.

I came to this practice as a new patient today for a chipped tooth. Note, they will cancel your appointment without notice if you do not confirm it with them, so when I arrived on time for my appointment, they told me that I didn't have one, even though I had an e-mail and a text from 3 hours earlier affirming that I had an appointment. For this reason, I had to wait about 40 minutes to be seen. I think the person who took my X-rays meant well, but I've never had dental X-rays hurt before. They kept going even when I communicated that I was not OK and I only wanted my chipped tooth looked at. I think the practice may be more interested in billing my insurance for the X-rays than making sure that I was comfortable. I also think they did not read my intake paperwork, or else they would have known about why I was having trouble. The dentist was very condescending and belittling. At first she didn't even believe me that my tooth was chipped, but when I insisted that it was, she took a closer look, acknowledged that it was chipped, and essentially said she couldn't do anything about my tooth because the chip is very small. At this point I was very upset and I saw no reason to stay if she couldn't do anything for me. When I asked (repeatedly) to leave, she continued to belittle me until I raised my voice to insist that I be allowed to leave. In response, she condescendingly told me "You don't have to make a scene" and she told her staff right in front of me, "Make sure she never comes back." Don't go here if you have a trauma history as they definitely do not have trauma-informed care.
