I ordered a pair of Nike Shoes on line order # ******************* from the company SNKR Paradise. I received the shoes and tried them on walked around my house and down my driveway. They were way to large for me, so I sent them back well within the allotted return period. I received a credit to my credit card for only tax and they charged me a "Restocking fee" which was 100% of the total amount of the shoes. I paid $279.00 for the shoes and only received $19.00 back. They proceed to say that the shoes were "used" shoes and they were not going to return them or return my money. They were not worn they were tried on if you're going to spend $279.00 on shoes without trying them on which means walking in them. Please see the attached photo they are obviously in new condition there is some dirt that could have been cleaned with a paper towel, but they refused to give me my money back or my shoes. I have attached the photo it is obvious the shoes were not "used". I told them I would even take the shoes back and I would give them to my daughter or sell them to one of her friends. They refused I don't think a business is able to keep my money and my merchandise. I think they most likely wiped them off and resold them to someone else. This is a despicable business practice. In response to the buyer's remarks. We have added the attachments of the return policy by Amazon and by our company SNKR Paradise. Before a customer returns a product through Amazon, they have to print and read the return instructions stated by Amazon and SNKR Paradise. In the return instructions it states
"This item can be returned in its original condition for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt. You may receive a partial or no refund on used, damaged or materially different returns."
The item the buyer returned was worn and was not able to be resold again. We cannot operate a business where buyers use our products and then return them whenever they see fit. We spoke with Amazon about this issue and they remained in our favor after looking at the evidence. We responded to the customer each time they contacted us. We let them know that once they return the product they agree to the instructions stated above and if they product returned does not meet those requirements then it violated the return agreement.
The return violated the return agreement and that is why the customer was charged the restocking fee. The shoes were worn and damaged and we would not feel comfortable reselling that pair to another customer.
We always put the customers needs in front of out own and always want to make sure the customer is completely satisfied, but we do not stand for customers trying to abuse our products and hurt our business. That is why Amazon has these policies set in place to protect business like our own.

I am rejecting this response because:
The shoes were never worn except to try them on and walk around to make sure they fit. I provided photos the shoes are in perfect condition and any other company would have refunded my money. Bad business and in addition the kept my money and the product. Which is illegal. Double dipping!
When they denied my refund I asked for them to send them back so I could sell them to my daughters friend. This company is un ethical and no other Vendors have this policy. They are scammers!

The pictures speak for themselves. These shoes were not just tried on and walk in a bit. They were walked around in for more than just a minute trying them on. Also it specially says in the return instructions, which you had to read or verify before returning an item on Amazon, clearly states that we do not accept used returns and Amazon does not allow customers to return used item. If the item is used and returned we reserve the right to charge a 100% restocking fee. We also stated that we would send the shoes back to you if you paid for the reshipping of the item but you did not respond. Also there is no policy in place that states that returned damaged items need to be returned to the buyer if there is a restocking fee. Amazon does not have this in place and we stay within Amazon policy always. We’re sorry you had a bad experience but this is not on us. If you would have read the return instructions you would have clearly seen that this item did not meet the return policy and that is the reason for the fee.Business response

Will this all end if we just refund you the money for the shoes then? This is getting ridiculous and honestly it is not worth our time continuing to do this. We will refund you for the item. The refund will be back in your bank account in the next 3-4 business days.
We have added a screen shot with the order number in the image to show that this order has now been fully refunded. There is no need to cause more of an issue for our business. We have given you what you've asked for and it your all good now.
