I went there before sept 20th and complained the food was cold after waiting 25 min so they said they would put my name on a peg board and come in anytime for a free meal of the same thing we got before and when we went to get it the manager was rude and mouthy and the only hold the free meals for a week or 2 we had to go through the drive through again cause it was cold so we decided we will never go there again poor manners and cold foodBusiness response

Good Evening,I am emailing on regards of the customer complaint with the ID number as ********. I ***** ******* spoke to Mr. ***** on October 7th and did offer him a chance to come back through and replace his food. In which Mr. ***** said he had no way in coming right away to receive a replacement. He explained to me that he lived at home with his mother who was ill and that he himself said that he had cerebral palsy and was waiting for a scooter to arrive. He made it be aware that he only left the house to go to doctor appointments and to the grocery store. I told Mr. ***** that I understood his situation and let it be known that he was able to come through when he was able to make it. I also told him that I would give him back the money for the order and that I was sorry that for the whole situation. I told him to tell my crew when he came back that he had spoken to me, and we would make things right. I also spoke to my management team to let them be aware for when he came back to give him the money and replacement food. Mr. ***** claims he came back the next day to order the replacement after speaking to me on the phone. I have spoken to my team, and no one recalls Mr. ***** even coming thru to get his refund nor a third replacement order.
