I would never recommend this business to anyone. Had windows installed last May they all leak. He supposedly called the company claims they will replace the stashes but will come from a different line this is unacceptable After 3 patio doors all being junk. I contacted him in December all windows but one leaked and have ice on the inside. So much air leakage it blew a match out. The patio door is the same. getting him to call me back has been a nightmare. Said he turned the Patio door in to have it replaced. I received a letter from manufacturer wanting more details. He turned in the wrong door.. The last communication I’ve had from him was May 4, said he won’t install the door for free and told me about the stashes being from a different line. Said it makes no sense to him , but whatever was his words. I have called him and txt him to get this taken care of. He refuses to respond. Beware of this company.Customer Response

Called the window manufacturer . Ben has never been in contact with them. My husband tried calling him he didn’t answer and haven’t received all call back.Review from Robert B.

Shody work! BEWARE! owner had one of his workers put brand new paneling that we purchased for them to install out in the elements of the weather / humidity on two sawhorses in an unenclosed building where one whole wall was not even installed on it. It then rained for over a week straight and the moisture and humidity warped the paneling. The paneling was installed after it was already warped and after telling us he could make it work. They installed the paneling with staples only, no adhesive. Paneling is warped and looks horrible. When asked to fix owner blamed it on the humidity of the summer months later and said he would not fix it. He came back and fixed a few sheets a month, or two after the original install so he knew it wasn't right still. I should also state they framed and insulated all of the outside walls. Also owner stated that he told us the paneling was cheap after we showed it to him and he said it would be fine for the application before we bought it. Also, there were several other problems they had to fix on the job which they did but, still messed them up. Shooting nails through brand new ribbed metal through the outside walls from inside using a nail gun. They had to replace 8-10 sheets because of this. Which they did fix the metal but it still happend. Also trim / flashing metal was warped and bent all up on sofets. They fixed this by putting new metal over the top of old. The owner also used a nail gun with framing nails in the trim of a brand new entry door and did not even fill them with putty he just left big holes there. I'm sure im forgetting other things! BEWARE of this company!
