      Thy did not deliver the product and keep telling me they did.       Good Morning BBB, 

      We certainly understand our Customers frustration concerning not receiving this product ordered on Jan 27. Our records do indicate we provided via email (email provided by customer = newclearday@gmail.com) both a USPS tracking number (**********************) on January 31, and a delivery confirmation on February 1st. Customer "****** *****"  notified us on March 4, via our Live Chat communication, which I have attached, that she did not receive the product as referenced in complaint. As you might imagine we were very surprised as over a month had passed before customer contacted us and re-iterated to our customer that this package showed delivered Feb 1. She replied to the same ticket on March 7 verifying she still did not have this package, we then responded by filing a shipping claim and sending out a replacement order ********** same day, dated March 7. New tracking number is USPS **********************, shipped on Thursday, March 7 and is out for delivery today Monday, March 11. 

      We fully believe this issue to be resolved. I have included all communication and tracking info below. I apologize as it would not allow me to copy link and unable to attach as well. Just wanted you to have all communication concerning this issue.
