My appointment was at 10:15. Waiting at place for 4 hours. When called back the girl said she forgot I was there. Doctor came in looked at my teeth said wisdom teeth needed out then left. Waited for someone to come back and clean my teeth the whole team decided to go on lunch leaving me sitting in the chair for hour and 45 mins while they were at lunch. Took my insurance card and will bill my insurance with them not doing anything for me. They shouldn't charge insurance or me for doing nothing.Business response

I had my cap for my tooth fall out not even a month after it was placed. the cap broke in the middle and completely came off after it was shaved down because it was too big for my mouth. I have been trying to contact the dentist for a replacement, but i have been unable to get a hold of them as they never answer their phones. I have left about 10 messages. My tooth is starting to have pain and I would like a resolution as I paid out of pocket for this work.Business response

What exactly is an emergency dental line for? Ive made nore than 6 calls today to this dentist as this is who ive established care with, after being told several times that they were sending a message to some manager person i still never heard back from anyone. I was told over a month ago that the 2 teeth causing the pain need extracted however no one ever scheduled me or even contacted me to get an idea of when. Calling about tooth pain that is causing someone to not eat or sleep i would consider an issue that needs addressed. Started out thinking this place might be different than all the other awful places that have caused me to avoid dentists in the first place, however i am apparently very wrong.Business response
