  I went to steak n shakes at 8800 Owenfield in Powell Ohio I Ordered double steak burger and it was not eatable. The sandwich was loaded with condiments that made the bread soggy and was all over the place. I tried wiping some off it off but it was so much and the burger taste weird. The fries was not fresh or hot. Requested my money back and the lady at the window ***** was very rude and refused to give me the managers name. I requested my money back and was told they can’t refund at the store that you have to contact corporate. They refused to provide a contact number for cooperate. I also would like to note later that day I became sick. This is my first time coming to this location and this experience has ruined me going to Steak ‘n Shake to eat ever again. I have previously reached out to the corporate office and have not received a response from anyone and have not received a refund.

  Drive thru talk box. I sat for about 15- 20 mins. My daughter called & wanted to know what I was doing. I told her I had been sitting for about 15-20 mins at the box to put my order in. A man got on the box & said "there are only 2 of us in here" I said"Someone could have told me" He said " He said "You F______ C___ don't ever come back to my place!" I was in tears & left then. This was the worst treatment I had ever experienced. "If I said that at where I work I would have been drug upstairs by my ear & thrown back down the steps."
