Ripflo was my internet provider. They auto withdraw from our checking account on the 10th of every month ($59.99)for the service. There was a major outage on Mar. 21 2022. Jim, from Ripflo called me and told me it could not be fixed. He offered a newer service, but it was twice as much as I was paying, so I declined. He said to send him an email to cancel service, which I did. He told me I would be credited in the form of a check for service I did not receive from Mar. 21 to April 10, which had already been deducted from my acct on Mar.10. He did not stop the auto withdrawal, so another $59.99 was taken on April 10 for service for April 10 to May 10 2022. I have emailed him and called him, but have not received a response or a credit.Business response

A check was sent to ****** ********** at ***** ******** **** ** ** ****** **** on May 20, 2022 for the total amount of $120 in response to the complaint ********* This should resolve the issue.
