Description: Constituent hired Mike's Roofing Company on May 28, 2021 to replace her roof. She has been having leaking issues with the roof since they put the roof on. There is a five-year warranty on the roof.Business response

We have never been able to make this roof leak. we have spent many man hours and material chasing a leak we have never seen. Her ceilings were damaged before we ever installed the roofing in this area and have never been fixed.
We have ran water trying to make it leak and were unsuccessful in producing any water leak. Now she wants us to fix her ceilings that were damaged before any roofing was ever installed by my company.
Every time Mr.'s **** called we were there that same day or the next day for sure.
We have an appointment set up with Mr. and Mrs. **** on 10/29/2024 at 1pm to get this resolved.
We have been in business for 63 years. We install roofing every day. We have never done shoddy workmanship, NEVER
