“Hello this is ******** ****** A person that did business with y’all back in march and was dealing with ***** ********* For one I’m going to say I was in contact with that man and also paid him money ON TIME towards my down payment. The remaining balance was going to be PAID when his mechanic fixed the things that were promised to me. Not only did the mechanic come to fix my car after hours he STOLE my money and left! Did not return so I’m left without the funds to fix the car which I paid 480.00 for all the tire problems the car had! The day before y’all came and picked it up! So everything that was fixed on the car I PAID FOR TWICE! on top of paying ***** the remaining balance on my account ***** was taking my money not notifying the company in Florida so it looks to them I took a car and didn’t pay but I did…u guys then came and took the car under the assumption that I haven’t been in communication but I was so not only did one of YOUR employees steal from me the owner of the company took my money as well for personal use not for business GAIN. All I’m asking for is the money that was stolen from me and the money I put down on the car if this is not settled then I will have my lawyer contact you guys and I will have this company along with mr ***** investigated. I am a single mother and I wish no harm or bad intent on anyone . Please see fit to do the right thing. Best regards, Sent from my iPhone” ****message sent to business email^^^^ SO BASICALLY THEIR REASONING OF THEM TAKING MY CAR WAS FAILING TO COMMUNICATE OR PAY! HERE IS PROOF SHOWING I WAS PAYING AND ALSO COMMUNICATING! There’s way more to the story but this sums up my whole issue with this business. I didn’t do anything wrong I fixed the car myself out of my pocket AFTER THE MAN STOLE FROM ME AFTER I COMMUNICATED , AFTER I PAID . They still took my car leaving me to lose money and jobs! Please help me. ***** ******** is who I did business with . But they are all really rude to meBusiness response

The customer got behind on payments. Was avoiding us when we were reaching out to her. She explained that she could no longer afford the vehicle. She was staying in the homeless shelter with her children and boyfriend. We met up with her and she turned over the keys to the vehicle. To be exact her boyfriend gave us the keys while she was standing right beside him. The customer was in a tough financial spot and decided it was best to turn the car back in. We didn’t repo it, the keys were willingly given to us. To make a long story short, she was past due and decided to return the vehicle.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: the statement about me below is a complete lie I’ve never been homeless , I never missed a payment the man took my money and I kept in contact as u can see in the messages he keep reading and not responding.
ALSO I NEVER CAME TO THE PLACE OF BUSINESS WITH A MAN! I came to buy the car with my father . Lastly I never went to drop off any keys I still have the keys in my possession so the whole paragraph is false.(FALSE STORY)*“that she could no longer afford the vehicle.
