Date of transaction, nine 09,24, 2022 The day that we went to pick up the car, put down a deposit and drove off of the car later found out that the bank would not approve us because I didn’t have my license dealership told me I needed to get my license in three days or they were going to have to take the car and I was not going to get my deposit back went to go take my test and failed it. The first time was told that I needed to take it again as fast as possible and that I had to pay $350 to keep the car so they can hold it for me after. 14 days I went to take the test again and passed was told to send proof and that we had to go back to sign papers. When we went back to the dealership he told us that the amount monthly went up from 400 to 600 and told us that we were not able to change the deal or we forfeit the car and forfeit our down payment. After that it is the date April 10 and we still don’t have the title to the car so we can get plates on. It contacted the financial institute where we’re financing a car through and they don’t have it either been going back-and-forth them for the past few months told us to contact the attorney generals office , put a complaint and called them multiple times and no reply a car places saying that he bridge contract and will get back to us every single time i call still don’t have plates on my car and my car is parked in the front yard. Not being able to use it since I got it.
