WE understand the customer had a problem but it wasn't in a few days, at this 4300.00 bill was 3 months out and they have put over 17,000 miles on the car. 17,000 miles in 3 months. We or Aamco are not even sure the customer had the oil changed or even checked the levels. But the problem is the customer told the contract company that they use the car in a professional business Lyft where they charge customers for transportation. That is when the service contract company turned down the repair. The contract was a 2 year 24,000 contract personal use only. They used 2/3 of it in the first 3 months where the car was for hire. There is contracts for Lyft and Uber use at a higher cost but they did not buy that one. When they purchased the car they said it would be for their personal use.

Hi I can understand that they are giving two différents sayings here, the first one is: ‘ they said they are buying the car for business transportation’ and the second one is: ‘they said they are buying the car for personal use ‘ . Yes I told them that I’m doing Lyft with my own car for years the Nissan 2013 and I never have a transmission problem with my Nissan, they sold us a damaged car because after some few days we noticed that the car had problem we went to them for repairation they said they are not in charge of it, we changed brakes, tires and rotors in few days and they gave us a part of the passenger door so that we go and fix it ourselves and then the transmission problem I’m sure they new it , concerning the oil change we did it at Valvoline on Broad street Reynoldsburg, we had the car with 117.000 miles, it’s not the 17.000 miles that damaged the car transmission in fact they played us because we don’t know the system we have dates that we started repairing the car and bank records, the only thing we need is to stop the contract of this damaged car that they sold to us, thanks

Our respond is still the same. The car was checked out prior to their purchase.  Things do happen to cars as anything and we help customers each day. But in this case 17000 miles has passed. It passed the 90 day 3000 mile warranty we put on most of our cars and they did have a 2 year 24000 miles service contract independent from us who denied their claim because of commercial use. Myself was told as was the Armco manager he took people from church to their homes as he is the preacher at the church. Customer might call the service contract people about a refund on the contract if they are not going to honor it. We have been in business 45 years and we try to take care of our customers. This is not only 3 months later but it's 17000 miles later and I hate to say this but things do brake. Not knowing how the car was driven or who was driving. That's a year and half of driving in 3 months. I am sorry but we stand on the original statement.
