We built a home with Petros in 2021 and moved in after several delays in early 2022. As part of our contract, Petros agreed to two repair windows post-close, one at 60 days, and another at the 1-year ***** In significant summary, they have not met or neared meeting either of those deadlines (we still have issues from our 60-day repair window, now 19 mos. into living here). We have leaking windows - resulting in damage to our personal property, cracking foundation, mis-drywalled ceilings, poor landscaping, unfixed items on our repair list, to name a very few. We live in a townhome and our neighbors are experiencing the same issues and myriad others. Petros's response time is slow, if at all. We have been following up on the same issues for over a year - with no assurance or belief that any of this will come to a resolution. We feel ignored, not a remote priority, and this was not a "value" buy by any means. We paid extra to be in a limited maintenance community - only to find ourselves spending hours each week maintaining the home due to Petros's errors and complete lack of any professional communication. Personally, I am exhausted from the back-and-forth and their failure to deliver as promised. This is my last attempt to resolve these issues before pursuing legal action to force their completion of what was promised when we bought our home. The promises made to us through throughout the build and after are a common joke amongst our neighbors, as each one of us has been left offended, misguided, or very directly lied to.I am submitting this in the hope that it will enact change, and that Petros will more mindfully reply to our concerns, cover our damages which are growing, and fix the issues they caused due to poor contracting, negligence, or otherwise - beholden to the timeline they set themselves. We have been more than patient, and I have now lost many dozens of hours at my job to be home to deal with their poor craftmanship and worse customer service.Business response

We regret that we have a few items remaining to complete at their home. Most of the warranty items have been completed and signed off. We remain committed to completing these items satisfactorily according to our HBA Warranty agreement.
The remaining items are as follows:
Water penetration from patio and slider doors. We have reviewed this item and installation guidelines and believe to have pinpointed the issue. This item is scheduled to be repaired on Wednesday July 26th
Window leak at mullion area. It was discovered that there is a manufacturer's defect with the Jeld Wen windows installed in the neighborhood. The issue has been reviewed by the manufacturer rep and repairs have begun with success on other homes in the neighborhood. This repair is scheduled on the owners home on Wednesday July 26th.
We need to paint ceilings from a drywall repair that didnt match properly. We prefer to wait until the door and window issues are resolved to complete this because there will be some minor paint touch up with this as well. We are prepared to resolve once this is ready which should be soon.
Finally, some of their drapes were stained from the window leak mentioned above. We have agreed to send a cleaning company out to clean them and if they cannot clean them we will replace them. The cleaning company is coming on Wednesday July 26th to pick up the drapes and clean them and then re-install them when the owner is comfortable with the window repair success.
