      I recently had a very disappointing experience with Laria ************************** I brought my ****** in for a wheel alignment two months ago and installed two new tires the next day. Unfortunately, less than two months later, my tires were already bald and showing severe toe-in wear.When I called to schedule a warranty alignment, the representative on the phone was pleasant and set up an appointment for me. However, upon arriving to drop off my car, I was rudely greeted by a service representative who questioned why I had made the appointment. He then informed me that my tires were bald and had been bald during my previous visit.I explained that the tire damage was due to the misalignment from Larias service. Although he agreed to check the alignment and found it to be off, he dismissed my concerns by stating that no alignment is perfect and suggested that I should get new tires.Despite following up with their service team, I received no assistance. Their response was unhelpful and defensive. All I wanted was for them to correct their mistake.Based on my experience, I strongly advise against using Laria ************************** If they dont get it right the first time, they will blame you.

      We are sorry that this is happening to your tires, and you are in this position. When we aligned your 2013 ****** with 158k+ miles in July we informed you and noted on your repair order that your vehicles core support is bent. We used a state-of-the-art ****** alignment machine to complete the alignment the best we could with the core support being bent. We will stand behind our alignments but, in this case, we cannot guarantee a vehicle will not have tire wear with a bent core support and this is why we advised of the issue from the beginning.

      Im an out-of-state customer and tried to purchase a vehicle from Laria Chevrolet. I called her back, And she was on lunch. I was told that she would call back and never did. I asked for another sales person. He got me the information that I needed, I filled out the financing application for the car I wanted. That was four days ago and neither Chevrolet financing or the salesperson called me back. this is a totally factual review. Buyer beware

      2 minutes ago NEW I found a car on Larias website that was a great price and exactly what we were looking for. I sent a message to see if the car was still available on Saturday and got a call on Sunday saying that the car was indeed available and would I like to set up an appointment to see it. I set up the appointment and asked about the interior of the car. She was unable to answer my questions (color and cloth or leather?) about the interior and said she would find out and get back to me. I got an email confirmation for our appointment almost immediately following the phone call. We are about 2 1/2 hours away from the dealership so I asked them to send exterior and interior pictures of the car since they were stock photos listed and asked for a picture of the odometer. Today I get an email and a phone call saying that they sold the car on Saturday. So 1) why did I get a call on Sunday and an email saying it was available 2) why is it still on their website on Tuesday?Because theyre liars and try to draw you into the dealership with a bait and switch so youll spend more money on a different car.Good thing we didnt drive 2 1/2 hours to see the car they didnt have!!!

      Do not go if you need serviced. They do not repair any damages done to your vehicle while it is in their shop. They will blame it on rust or sap. Their carwash chipped my paint. Yet they blamed it on tree sap. My car does not sit anywhere near trees. Where did it pick up tree sap?When they put my car up on the lift they lifted it on the rocker body instead of the frame which caused the paint to crack and bubble. They blamed it all on rust. If they used the frame instead of the rocker body like they are supposed to do they shouldn't have caused any damage. But since the damage was done while it was in their shop and in their possession they are not taking responsibility. They just want to blame something else. I am a female and they brought four males out to look at the car trying to intimidate me. I have mechanical knowledge so I know what I was talking about. Being a disabled veteran and being treated like this with this company I am sure to never go back. If I could leave a negative number I would.
