Emerald Design painted my great room, kitchen, morning room, and formal dining room. The paint job was excellent, but in the midst of moving the tall ladders (as the walls are roughly 14' high), they scratched the hardwood floor. There are roughly 4 scratches that are 4-6' long. I've sent several text messages to Tom ******** and left a message asking for his help. The last message was asking for his insurance company's name, phone #, and policy #; as my insurance agent mentioned I should work through his company The work was done over 4 days, Sept 1, 2, 6, and 7th. I paid $2,685.82. The last time I heard from Tom was a text message on 9/26/22 when he mentioned he would check with Don and see what he recommends. (Don is someone he knows that specializes in hardwood floors.) Unfortunately, I have not heard back from Tom, even though I've sent him a couple text messages since then, and left a voice message on 10/10/22 asking for the insurance info, as maybe his insurance company can recommend a company that can remove the scratches. I've attached a few pictures, if you need more, please let me know. All I want is for the floor to be repaired.
