I have been a customer of ****************** for years, but I was disappointed in a purchase for the first time which could not be resolved with staff at the time. I bought 20 ***** of hay advertised as floor *****, however the ***** could have never been floor ***** because were all completely soaked, molded, and not edible for farm animals. This hay could have never been stored on the floor of a barn, it was so hot to touch, and moldy it would have combusted in a barn. The seller should be banned and I should have been refunded at the very least however Im still out my money, time and gas to go get the hay, but when talking to the lady in the office, her response was its marked with a defect. As discussed, a defect of floor ***** is a huge difference between mulch hay and floor *****! Floor ***** are dry, stored inside and still ok to feed goats or pigs which is what I needed, but mulch ***** saturated with water and mold are not appropriate for any animals to consume. As previously addressed, Im disappointed in the fact that Im out the money for these ***** (almost $100 for 20 *****!), gas and time to drive there, and now still need hay. The lady at the office said to come preview, but I ******* minutes away, I work more than full time hours, raise three kids on my own, and run a hobby farm. If I had the time, I would have previewed the hay but Im not able to so I rely on pictures and descriptions. Anyone with any background in farming, animal husbandry, etc would know by site this hay was mulch not at all floor ***** as listed. I would like to request at the very least a refund as the hay and request they advertise things in the future as they are. I have attached pictures of the hay and and would like to comment the pictures are time stamped and no rain was in the forecast at pick up yet ***** were saturated with water and floor to their storage barn was wet!Business response

We refunded Toshia's entire payment on July 7, 2023 as soon as we opened for business - approximately 8 am. This was PRIOR to notification of this complaint from the BBB so we aren't sure what more we could do to make this customer happy? We left her a detailed message at the same time this morning apprising her of same.
