"BBB took a complaint over the phone. Waiting for voice to text voicemail description to continue pursuing complaint.
Hello, my name is ***** ******* and I am calling about my, it's a 2013 Chrysler Town and Country minivan and my complaint number is *********** Again, my name is ***** *******, my address is *** ***** ******* ****** ***** ** ****. And it is on a 2013 Chrysler Town and Country Stow and Go mini van that I bought at Auto Boss in St. Clairsville. When I bought my van, there was problems. And I took it, and they had it for like a month almost. And they said everything was fixed. When I got it back, I sent videos to Mitch M*******, which is the owner of Autoboss, to let him know that things were not fixed and that my brakes, I mean, you have to put them clear to the floor and to get my van to stop and it stutters when it's stopping. And he told me that, well, I can take care of that. I'll put new brakes all the way around, just bring it in and I'll take care of it. And I got all the messages and everything to prove what I'm saying is true. And he told me to bring it in because they were going to have to get some parts to fix what needed to be fixed. But I wouldn't be able to take it into the shop until sometime this month. They'd let me know when because they were kind of overbooked. But at least the parts would be there. Now I go there. There is no cars. I've called him two or three times. I called the business two or three times. I asked him to please return my phone call. He has ignored every phone call that I have sent him. All I want is either my van fixed or my money back or something else that's going to be reliable. Because I have a husband that is paralyzed on his right side due to a stroke, and he has a lot of doctor's appointments. And that's why I got this band to begin with, so that would be something high for him to get in and out of that would be easy, and it would be something easy to transport his wheelchair. And I explained that to Mitch, and Mitch was like, well, at night I have to sleep at night when I close my eyes, so I would never rip anybody off. But now, he won't answer his phones. He's supposed to put breaks all the way around on my car, on my van. He's supposed to look and see what parts need ordered. He's supposed to order the parts to get them to the shop so when my van went in, they would have the proper parts that they needed. And I can't even get ahold of him. He won't return my phone calls. He won't do nothing. And like I said, I have all the text messages and everything from Mick and I. and I can actually send them if you need them. I just want him to be fair and do what he said, or at least give me my money back, or at least get me something that's on the same thing as the van that'll help my husband get in and out that's high and something that'll be able to take his wheelchair. If you could please help me with this, I would greatly appreciate it. Again, it's Autoboss in St. Clairsville, Mitch M******* is the owner.
