I bought the knife December 24th 2022 I tried to take it back 2 weeks later they wouldn't return it because there was lint on the knife I called the manager he said he can't return it that's why I'm filing this complaint the knife was perfectBusiness response

He wanted to return a bb gun pistol. When he presented it to us it had been modified and it was in pieces. We let him know we wouldn't be able to take it back. Customer was upset. He said he had a knife back at home and asked if he can return that. We said of course as long as it hasn't been modified/used. The customer brought the knife in and it was poorly sharpened and each side of the blade was scratched significantly so that is why we wouldn't accept the return. Yes there was lint in the knife however that wasn't the reason we wouldn't accept the return.
