I paid for six inch concert and got four inch concert call * * ***** a couple of times with no help from them fined out it was Four inch when doing work around the driveway and removed the dirt from the side of the driveway so i would watch out for this company they did work for my parents in the 80s had no problem with them then and will not give back my money about 3000.00

*** ******* questioned the thickness of the concrete a few days after the pour. I explained to him that we used a 4" form but excavated well below the form to give him a substantial stone base as well as 6" of concrete. 4" forms are commonly used as a form for a 6" pour as that is what most residential contractors have commonly available. When you look at the side it appears to be 4" thick, but it is 6". I was there the day of the pour and it was graded down to 6" as the customer contracted for. We have a great reputation and would never intentionally defraud a customer. I have the concrete tickets to prove that the driveway portion of the pour does indeed show an amount of concrete that coincides with a 6" pour. The driveway is only 45' long so the cost upgrade for 6" concrete was only $750. I have no idea where he came up with a random number of $3000. That is ridiculous. He emailed me at a later date and said he drilled into the garage floor to mount something, and it is only 4" thick. I explained to him that as the contract states, only the driveway was to be upgraded to 6". I did respond both times he had questions so his statement that I didn't is incorrect. I have no idea why two years later he is filing a complaint. I can have the driveway core drilled to prove it is 6" thick but it will deface the driveway, and when it is proven to be 6" thick, I will expect the customer to pay thy cost of the coring process.
