******* and his team is working in my neighborhood for installing fiber cable. One of my sprinkler zone got disconnected. I called Lit Fiber in the morning. ******* came within an hour and worked with his team to resolve the issue in the same morning. Thanks ******* and your team for the quick response and professional work.

The high pressure salesman came to my door and talk me into lit fiber but I told him I wasn't interested and I would think about it. The next day I got an email saying that I had signed up for lit fiber and they were coming out on May 22nd to install the internet cable. I called and told him what the salesman said and he said that he shouldn't have said that. I called and made sure that the service call was canceled. I am staying with *********Lit Fiber - Medina Response

Thank you for this feedback. I have identified the sales person and this has been addressed. Our goal is not to pressure or take advantage of a potential customer.
