I purchased a refurbished American Bass hd 12 as they advertise with pictures and they sent me something different that they dont even sale on there website then what was advertised. Subwoofer arrived in terrible condition and didnt even last a day and when I called them they said because it was refurbished I don't get the subwoofer in the picture I get what they have. If I have known that I would not have purchased it . There is nothing on there site that says you could get something different because of it being a refurbished product good old fashion Bait and switch. They said they would call me back to give me a return label and they would send me another product and still no phone call I've called twice I have sent 3 emails and no returned emails. So as of now I have no sound and out my money . I feel as I'm the next person in line to go through what everyone else has. I just want another subwoofer preferably what was advertised or one that is not all busted up and doesn't work correctly. I've bought from them and never had a problem with there products so hopefully they will take.care of me pretty correctly so I can continue doing business with them.Initial Complaint

I purchased an item in June of 2021. The item was the wrong thing for my product I have so I sent the item back in the same shape and form I received it in. I asked for a refund and they only refunded me a portion of what I originally paid. I contacted them and was told they would be processing it the same day I called and as of today January 6th 2022 I have yet to receive a refund. I have bank account proof that this company owes me money and wants to scam their customers.
