I'm being charged $7800.00 for renewing a network service that I never signed a contract for that they say I did in 2020 for five years. I've asked to see the contract but no paperwork has surfaced to date with my signature on it. Supposedly I've been receiving these services for this amount of time although no formal documentation has ever come into my hands either by post or email and there's no proof of my signature on a contract because I never signed one. I've never received a yearly update invoice to show that these services have been conducted on their behalf or if I wished to continue or cancel my service. They've decided to drop the price to $3,750.00 since I've theoretically used up three of the five years and supposedly this includes a senior discount. They've done this to me in the past demanding $2100.00 for a five year network service supposedly conducted by them although I never signed a contract for these services as well. I gave them the money they say that I owed. I paid by check. Stupid me! The initial price for the service that I received in 2020 cost me $249.00. It was a one time service. I used a credit card so I do have a paper trail for this expense. I do not know of another company that doesn't at least send you a renewal invoice asking if you'd like to renew or cancel a subscription. I feel this company is ripping off unsuspecting clients (like me) that aren't aware that they're being taken for a ride. I have used their services maybe three or four times but have never received any documentation regarding the services that they've performed. Nothing, zero, no paperwork at all. I don't feel that I owe them this money because I never had a chance to see the contract (if they even have one) or cancel the subscription if you want to call it that. So, I either have to pay them the $3,750.00 or $7800.00 if I refuse to a pay the lesser amount. In my opinion, this is a scam operation. I'm tempted to air this complaint with the TV networks.
