They showed up right on time and were ready to get to work. Their professionalism shone through during the entire inspection process. They carefully went over all our options before starting the job. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would recommend them to anyone.

Our duct cleaning started at 209.00, when MAGIC AIR LLC showed up they said the duct cleaning does not include the main duct and the cost was 179.90 plus the 209.00, the they add on sales tax and a 12.00 fee for using a credit card. What a rip off company total 430.54 and all they did was blow out the vents with a high pressure vacuum. Now let’s talk about being 2 1/2 hours late and left oil stains in my driveway from there beat up van. TOTAL RIP OFF DONT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

Very unprofessional. Guy kept wipping his face off,sweating. Do not call this company. It is a rip off!!!! They charge more money after they get started. They Don't take checks. They only want your money. Credit card. Said it was 199.00,then after they got started price went to 658.00.

This guy is a total scam! Poor Customer Service Unprofessional Service People Unprofessional Owner Services that were Performed were specifically requested not to be done WERE done at exorbitant prices Ducts still dirty Made a mess outside my house when they blew the lint out of the dryer vent. I scheduled an air duct and dryer vent cleaning. He showed up stinking and in a rusted out van with no markings. This should have told me this was a bad idea. But I let him and his helper in. He proceeded to the HVAC system and then proceeded all of the other services he could provide - when he went through the list as he explained them and checked them off. I didn't think much of that (a BIG mistake). He went through the total services which totaled more than $900 dollars. I politely told them that I had a warranty in place on my HVAC system and all I wanted was the duct cleaning and the dryer vent cleaning (about $379). In approximately 45 minutes he comes to me with a bill in excess of $900. I told him that I wanted only the ducts cleaned and the dryer vent cleaned. He then proceeded to say but I explained all the services when we standing at the HVAC system. To which I said specifically he was not to open the HVAC system up only the ducts! He would not leave so I paid him with a credit card to get him out of my house and back into the rusted out van he came in, I then filed a dispute with the credit card company essentially telling him the same thing outlined in the review in writing only in more detail. They sent my letter to Magic Air LLC. Magic Air LLC responded and lied saying I never reached out and that the contract I signed (to get the service guy out of my house) said that if the services were provided, I owed the money. In a subsequent phone call to Magic Air LLC the owner said he would look into it and call me back. He NEVER called back! Stay away far away from this company! They do not do good work and will scam you out of your money!
