Hired Mr Comfort Springboro Ohio owner **** ***** on 6-2-2021 contracted Mr Comfort out of Springboro Ohio owner **** ***** he sent two technicians on 6/2/2021 *** and ****** *** did my furnace Austin did my central air there was a problem outside with Austin I don't know what was going on anyway he burnt my vinyl siding and it has not been replaced as of today I have tried numerous times to get a hold of **** ***** which he's gave me the runaround I have interacted with his mother who works with him and a lady named ***** that works with him also trying to get this issue resolved I do feel like it's a poor business judgment on ******* part to evade the problem that I have on my house due to his people and his company involvement on the burn mark to my final siding I like to get this resolved as soon as possible the last time I talked to **** was on 12/24/2021 at that time Mike said that we can get this resolved today or after Christmas and I said I'm home now I'm still waiting on him to contact me and it is after Christmas I appreciate your help in doing this with me and for me thank You **** ******Business response

I've hired a company to fix that wasn't able to match her siding due to age and fading. Mrs. ************** told me Christmas eve that she had a piece in her garage we could use so again I sent a company out to fix it and she told us to find a matching piece and fend for ourselves that we could no longer use the piece she had. I would like to fix this for her but she is not cooperating with schedule and material. Her siding is much older and faded and no one makes that brand anymore. If I can help in any other way please let me know. You're all over the place first you ignore me from July until J January when Better Business bureau gets involved then you send a man by the name of JJ to my house without me knowing that he's even coming and give him my phone number without me even knowing anything then you want to give me $39 and I told you that the estimate is for $395 by a home improvement place and now you're saying that you want to send a team out to my house to do the repair what team Mike I think we ought to go into arbitrations to get this resolved Business Response /* (4000, 25, 2022/02/07) */ I guess the only way to solve this issue is for you to go ahead and have the work completed and send us a bill. Not to exceed $395 but must have completed invoice to pay. Thank you!
