We originally signed a contract with Nature's Neighbors Property Maintenance LLC on September 7, 2023. The contract was for cutting down a large pine tree and grinding the stump. The quote didn't include disposal which added an additional $250 plus the sales tax. (Don't sign the contract until these costs are added into the contract.) We were requested to make the checkout to an employee instead of the company. At that time, they asked us to sign on the contract that the work had been completed to our satisfaction, but we wouldn't sign until the work was completely done. They started to work immediately and soon had the tree down. They didn't complete the stump that day, nor did they finish disposal of the branches. They did return the next day for cleanup but didn't do the stump as they said their grinder was being repaired. Over the next three months, we made 29 documented calls trying to schedule the stump grinding and on a very few occasions, we received a response. Twice they scheduled a time to come out, but neither time did they come or call and say they weren't coming. We continued to call into December. On December 20th, we received a call saying that they would be out the next afternoon. They never showed up nor did they call. We finally gave up and hired another company to complete the job. You can save yourself a great deal of time, money, stress, and frustration by NOT dealing with this company.

This company came out even after them worrying about the owner’s father being in heart surgery and did a outstanding job for us. We had them do our daughter house. While there we had a tree come down on our back of the house and they came over and order a crane service for safety and removed the tree with out damage more to our house. If I could vote for a company of the year I would vote for this company because they stand for professional integrity faithful and stand behind their work and promises. I wish we would of found them sooner. This will be our go to company for as long as they are in business. Our family prays for the owner of this company father pulls through his surgery because the co owner was worried about his wife and his father In law. If I may to everyone that needs something done call this company and see for yourself and see the professionalism and integrity of this true company

Yes this company was next door and me and my wonderful wife check on the internet and check them out and my wife said honey you can’t believe everything you read because some people want something for free and life. So we hired them to trim 13 trees and remove 4 trees and trim some bushes and they removed 10 scrubs. Now they gave us an estimate and said they encourage us to get a couple more estimates and we already had 3 and had another company come out well they were still working and we got there estimate and we sat down and talk and we decided to hire them. Mine you that for all the work their estimate was still 5000 cheaper then 4 other companies that came out. They took topsoil out and old mulch and put new topsoil and mulch in at cost and this was added on to the job after we hired them. My wife has never cried because she was so happy how her yard turned out. This company is very professional and polite. I will always hire them and they will always get recommended to all my friends and family. My advice to everyone don’t believe everything you read because we talked about and my wife said it sounds like some people on here wants things for free. If they did the work and you wasn’t happy you should have never paid. Or you should have got a second opinion. This company here has my vote for the best company for 2023. They are also scheduled to to our 3 kid houses in January and I will vote for them also in 2024. Have a good day and wonderful Christmas and New Year

This company did yard work to the tune of $52,055.50 not including a second check paid to an employee as noted below. Much work seemed to be repetitive. Questionable billing: 1. Checks written to employees and not the company and were cashed the same day or very soon after. 2. One employee cashed a check for $8,259 intended for Check Smart, not him. He already was paid $8,259 for his "work". See #9 below. Called the company and they said he was fired. 3. Multiple shrubs were removed, then replaced, then removed etc. 4. On 7/29 eight shrubs put in; On 8/10 at 10 a.m. removed all shrubs and trees due to termite damage; 8/10 at 2:55 p.m. replaced everything in back yard (3 shrubs, 2 trees etc.) $7,329.00 5. On 8/12 and 8/14: Replaced and removed 3 shrubs in rear yard, replanted big tree in front, sprayed for termited, replaced top soil etc. $7,800. 6. On 8/18; planted 3 shrubs in back, put top soil in back yard, put in 70 lbs grass seed and 18 yds topsoil etc. $8,950 7. On 8/22; replaced 2 trees in back yard, removed top soil and all plants, replaced top soil and plants, replaced 2 shrubs, 21 yards top soil $7,952 8. on 10/2 no work order charged $4,651 9. On 10/9 replace 3 shrubs, one tree, treat plants, dug up 3 old shrubs damaged by lawn mower $8,259 There's more but I think you get the point. Plants out, in, out. DO NOT do business with this company. I would give ZERO stars is I could. Shady and questionable business practices. have filed a complaint with the OH Attorney General's Office. TMS

After reviewing this we prayed about it and we hired this company to preform and job for us and afterwards they were done we hired them to do our daughter property and they were professional and they were very true blessing to us and we added on things and we understand that everything has a cost and they was very professional and there prices are very reasonable and a blessing. We hired them to take care of our rentals and to do snow removal. My professional advice is some is always not happy but some are so pray because we wouldn’t have received this company as a blessing.

I see them across the street working in a yard and figured, what the heck. If they liked them maybe they are ok. Well not so much. They came over to my house and told me that they could take out the tree in my front yard on Saturday . Now it is a BIG tree. So it will take some effort to get it down and they showed up on Friday a day before unannounced to start the job. But 6 days, is not what I thought it would take. They only work 4 maybe 5 hours a day. And yes I have them on camera only working those hours. You can also follow them on facebook. They tell everyone that they are taking out the trees in my neighbor's yard, and that is not what was asked or requested. So they are falsely stating work that is to be done. So Friday 12 Oct they showed up. Day 1 early and they started and they did not do a lot. After 5 hours told me that would be back between 0900 between 0930 Saturday morning. They said unless it was lightning or thundering they would be there at 0900. I called at 1000 and they said that it was raining at their house and that they would be out soon. They did not show up until 1300. Day 2 they showed up and cut down a few limbs. A lot more to due. Day 3/4/5 are all the same. Dave "The boss shows up ands yells at the 4 to 6 workers and sits in his tuck. He says that he has a broken wrist and that is why, buy he just yells at the workers and that is about it. On day 6 he was asked to show up early since I was coming off a 30 hour work day and would be very tired. He showed up at 1130 and had another excuse to why he and his team was late. So long story short, I know it is to late. Don't trust these guys. That are a "Fly by night company" and are just trying to scam everyone. Point of the scams: Told me that I got a Military discount. Was quoted $3800 was told after all the "add ons" $5200+" so no military discount. They have no idea what is required and are full of it.
