I ordered a trifold wallet and my card was charged on July 18, 2023.. I heard absolutely nothing from the company and when I called last night was told I had to pay for another wallet. I was also advised to check with the Post Office who advised they would have no record without a tracking number.Business response

Attached please find proof of delivery through Federal Express, which includes a picture of the front door in which this was delivered. Also attached is the shipment confirmation sent to the customer with the tracking number. I checked our email system and did not find an email from the customer indicating they did not receive the package. Our policy is to provide all of the attached in this case. If the tracking shows that the item was not delivered we would replace the item. I do understand the customer called, and should have been provided this same information. Unfortunately, once we have a delivery confirmation from the carrier of record, we cannot issue a replacement wallet. If the wallet was stolen off of the customers porch, we cam only recommend they file a police report. In the event the wallet was stolen, we can offer a 25% discount on the purchase of another wallet.
