Had a brand new septic system installed in April 2021. Issues outside of the companys control such as weather, getting township approval, then finding limestone which delayed and doubled the cost made this a painful process to begin with. After the tank was installed I sent photos in june of large holes that had caved in around the tank. Company was responsive but continously tells me they will do something but never follow through. I had to email them 10 times each time being told they would come out that weekend or the next week or the next. Finally since the holes were about 5 feet deep and easy a person or my pets could get injured I asked about having the dirt delivered and I would fill in the holes myself. Multiple emails and phone calls later the dirt is delivered 3 months after originally requested. During this interaction I was told I would be refunded $500 for doing the labor myself. I was frustrated it took this long but felt like he was attempting to make amends which I appreciated. Except the $500 was never followed through on and again I got the run around of it will be dropped by next week or this weekend. I offered the option of mailing me a check which was not done either. Last response I recieved was in August. I would just like to be done with this whole ordeal and feel I have been extremely patient. I like to support local businesses but this is not the service I expect. I would just like to recieve the $500 that I was told I would recieve for doing the manual work of filling the holes around my septic tank myself.Business response

We will be mailing out a $500 check today. We will send it by certified mail.
