Eastyn's cut down a tree in our neighbor's yard (81 W Possum) on December 13, 2022. Part of the tree fell directly on our chain link fence and smashed it. After repeated conversations with ****** *******, his fiance **** ******, and the worker who cut the tree, we are still waiting for our fence to be fixed. He has promised to be out to make the necessary repairs at least 3 times since this happened. They did a slapdash repair so our pets couldn't get out and then stacked the neighbor's wood right against our fence.Business response

Business called BBB with there response.
We did send $240 back to the consumer over Zelle a couple of weeks ago.
