I had frozen my account and my daughters membership on Dec due to both of us had Covid went back in March and they said the girl had canceled out membership and we can't refund our 82.00 prior to out freeze we just paid a piece 42.00 each two days later I froze our accounts when I went in March with my daughter I told the front desk girl that I wanted my money refund to my cc said she would get back to me never did all they are is about money and seeking there tanning products very very pushy I emailed corporate office 3 times and no one ever got back to me ! I would like my money back! Thank you **** ********Business response

Good afternoon KristieMs ******** had emailed a request of cancellation through our Customer Care portal on December 8, 2021.Customer stated that she was just not using her membership as much as she had thought. She had also sent a cancellation request for ******* ************.Customer was provided with instructions for cancellation. The customer did in fact go in and sign for a cancellation on December 14, 2021 terminating billings effective January 1, 2022.Messages were also left for this customer on voicemail on March 31, 2022 at 4:31 PM.Customer had been billed as agreed for services available and canceled as requested.We do not offer refunds for partial months or for services billed prior to cancellation requests as stated in customer and merchant agreement.Neil D********Super Tan Inc.D.B.A.: Palm Beach Tan CLE
