I contracted with Liberty to pave my driveway to my barn Aug 31 2024. That was day of actual work. Attached contract shows they were supposed to use 2.5 inches of asphalt. Immediately I had grass growing thru asphalt and shortly thereafter driveway heaved up revealing only 1 inch of actual asphalt. I have been texting and calling ****** ******* from Liberty Asphalt for last year and he keeps promising to come out and replace it but does not. I am coming up on year warranty where he will not have to replace it. I have attached contract and pictures. I have found out he operates several businesses under other names and all have the same issues where actual work as contracted is not done properlyCustomer response

Yes, everything has been resolved with **** on this situation. He told me he tried to contact you guys with no response back.
