Hello, I registered two accounts on the cloudcone platform, which resulted in one of my accounts being blocked after I recharged. However, I did not use any cloudcone services for one of the accounts. The accounts I recharged were ******************* and **************** (this account did not use any services. I bought it once before but I refunded it). Since I am in *****, QQ mailbox is provided by domestic services, which makes overseas mail receiving very slow, so I plan to use ****** mailbox. However, I am not clear about the rules of cloudcone, which resulted in my ****** mailbox account being blocked after completing the recharge. I did not use multiple accounts to make a profit from cloudcone, and I hope cloudcone can refund me.Please try to contact me by email. I may not be able to receive calls from overseas!
