Unsure what the other person who left a negative review was rambling on about, but my review is completely opposite. I am a collector of gaming machines. I consider these machines a form of investments. I am a repeat customer of SMU/ORS. When there is a specific machine or game that I am trying to locate, this company is just a call or email away to happily assist with my search. I did have issues with one of the machines that I purchased from here, but it wasn’t from anything that someone from this company did. The issue was resolved quickly and painlessly with their “no BS” warranty. Chris is a stand up guy who goes above and beyond, every time. Joe is very knowledgeable and highly recommended as point-man for pre and post machine purchase/sale support. -Reactorpwr SlotsReview from Kristin N

If you are part of the "Low Information" crowd that just desires a glorified 200 pound laptop with 25 slot machines games on it and set to "Auto Play," then this company is for you as you will encounter wrong information, the overselling of a product, the under delivering of goods and services from this company as well as just blatent wrong and incorrect Servicing of the Customer each and every step of the way. If you are like me and desire a little more of an enhanced product that involves using a little more skill set than of a Drunk at the end of the bar at 3am, then you are obviously looking at the wrong company. My strong suggestion is to look locally than to this company as Joe Barton (Owner), Liz (Owners Wife) , Ethan (my Sales rep) etc in my opinion are completely clueless on how to cater to someone whose IQ is higher than single digits. In short, I know I am not the only onewho has been treated poorly by this company and i know I will not be the last - so if you are dumb enough to engage with this company for Goods and Services, I say the following little warning to you: * "Caveat emptor"
