      DCU is the most dishonest business I've ever dealt with! They have put me through the ringer! I'm going to the Attorney General for follow up!

      Directions CU is the lienholder for my vehicle. I have moved out of state and to register my vehicle, the *** needs a copy of the title faxed to them. The *** faxed the request to DCU and also to another lienholder for my husband's vehicle. The *** received the information for my husband's vehicle, but not mine. Every time I have called DCU to discuss my vehicle, I get transferred to another line, where I leave a voicemail, but my calls are never returned. I have no issue with the reps that work the customer service, they are great. But getting a hold of the loan department is next to impossible. I am considering putting a complaint in to BBB, especially if I am paying on my car loan, but won't be able to drive my vehicle, because I am unable to register it.

      Hello, Thank you for reaching our and I am sorry that this has not been resolved sooner. Upon recieving this review we immediately reached out to the title bureau to see what the issue was. We found out the title bureau was faxing only 1 page, which had no information.
      The paperwork will be sent via *** to the title bureau today. We have reached out to the member and extend sincere apologies that this situation arose. We will work with the title bureau to do better in the future. If you would like to discuss the matter further, please call our contact center where we can log that information and ensure it get to the right person.

      I love Directions Credit Union! I have been a member at *********** branch for 30 years. I have never had a problem with them. The employees are very nice and willing to help. Their new Bill *** is great! I have my checking, savings and CDs with them. They have alerts you can set up so you can keep track of your account. We needed a better return on our IRAs and they arranged for us to move them to CDs so that we could get a much higher interest rate. Like I said we love it!

      Directions Credit Union reminds me why I don't use credit unions anymore! I have an auto loan with them (unfortunately) and the only reliable way to pay is to take the payment in to the branch. You can't even make one-time payments online without a fee, and getting set up for repeat payments is a jokingly long process. I'm so frustrated with their poor service I'm thinking about getting rid of the car so I don't have to deal with them anymore!

      Very sad I got cancer it’s s sad situation but yes I have 35k debt and was working out things . I thought I was able to pay off my 20k truck loan and file bankruptcy on my 15k credit card . But unfortunately they said no but it legal for them to transfer money out of one account to another without my consent which is out of my first ! My first disability check they took $743.60 out of my checking account to pay on a credit card wow who needs a credit card if your dying of cancer !!! Just wow so sad that this company has no compassion for a person that has never been late in 3/4 year . Wow very sad and my first disability check in 7:8 months no money coming in . I was 4 months behind on the card but I need housing and and vehicle right just so sad to see that the only way to there top in there company is yo be that selfish. I had a family member ready to step in and help . I have one cancer treatment left tomorrow…. Merry Christmas

      Lets see. When i first started an account with DCU thing were great. Until Now. The lady that i delta with regarding my Auto Loan that was totaled out was rude and not professional. When i was waiting on the Ins to pay the loan off after my car was totaled i was talked to by a certain lady with attitude and rudeness than when i was told by everyone not to make the payment because they were waiting for the check from the Ins company ( witch mind you the Ins Company spoke with this lady to get the pay off) . Well one day they took my money out of my account with out asking and that money was for groceries for my family. They never called to say they were doing this so when I called the lady that is when i was talked to rudely and she said she never told me not to make the payment. She was one of the many that told me not to make the payment due to the Ins already got the pay off, there were nots in the account stating this was a totally loss. That is my money - you cant tell me how to use it or how to spend it. So, i had to go a few more days with out getting groceries for my family. The right thing to do was to call me and say hey this is taking longer can you please make a payment not just steal from me. - so, as of right now i replaced my daughters car with a different bank and i will transfer everything to that bank in time. I do have a another car loan from you guys and with in a year i will refinance and get that loan to a different bank as well. This lady ruined it for me with DCU. - I work hard for what i have and i have to play out my bills and groceries. Oh BTW i am still waiting on the Electronic title to be mailed to me so i can get it to the Ins company. Should I take money away from DCU because i have waited on that a lot longer than you have from the money from the INS company????? But i am not rude and I understand things happen.

      I have an auto loan through this terrible credit union. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Looks like most of the people leaving reviews all have the same awful experience. I was hung up on multiple times trying to get my account info to pay my bill from their representatives. I will now have a late payment because they sent my information to the wrong address. They told me the only way they could help me get my info was to go to a branch.. (while I’m out of town) They are super inconsiderate and don’t care they inconvenience their customers. The service reps and managers have terrible attitudes. I will find a way out of this company and never do business with them again. Their policies to receive info seem to be old as dirt. It’s 2022 figure it out guys.
