Sharing my experience with the *********, ** store #****. On 5/26/24, I submitted a written account of my experience with store ****, detailing how my order was inaccurately fulfilled with breaded wings and expired salads instead of the items I had purchased. Upon contacting the store, I was informed that the error was due to an oversight by an employee who failed to notify me of the substitution. Subsequently, *****, a manager, reached out to me the next day and offered a $39.20 credit, instructing me to contact her when ready to utilize it.After reaching out to ***** on 7/6/2024, I was informed that she was no longer employed at ******* Pizza but had documented the incident in the guest recovery book. When placing an order with the store, I asserted my entitlement to the credit from the incident in May, yet was only offered a $3 discount. Despite multiple requests to speak with the manager, I was placed on hold three times before being informed that only a $3 discount was permissible. This failure to honor the credit granted by a former manager reflects poorly on the store's adherence to established values and training in customer service. It is evident that there was a breach in the agreed-upon resolution, leading to a lack of satisfactory redress for the original error in my order.I definitely would not be supporting this businessReview from Marcus N

*********, **. HORRIBLE RACIST SERVICE. THE DISRESPECT I ENDURED AS A PAYING CUSTOMER WAS UNBEARABLE! I AM OUTRAGED!!! I pulled up for a drive up order that I paid for. I waited outside and saw two people go in after I pulled up. I went inside and waited to speak to the person at the counter. For a quiet moment if you will. He proceeded to go off on me! He was "so upset" that I was "rude" about asking for an item that I PAID for and didn't walk out to me. I shouldn't of had to have gone inside. The process of carry out should be under control and planned out by management. It is clearly not and they have no idea what they are doing. I stood my ground as he was unbearably disrespectful. He thought a quick question was "rude". What a soft skinned disrespectful individual. The larger issue is this individual that is working there is highly volatile and sensitive. Where people will speak to you at the same time as someone else. Can you imagine going for a routine pizza pickup somewhere and because you asked a question you get the cops called on you? That situation did not need to happen no matter how "wrong" they think this is. It was a outright attack on me and I think he did this because he saw a black person and wanted to threaten me. He told me he'd call the police before even offering and then after I demanded it, "confirming" my refund. I am not even sure I trust that he did the refund to be honest. That is not what you call the police for. A manager should be able to handle that. If you are going to be that sensitive and explode at people you cannot work with the public and be a manager. If you think about it this is almost dangerous. He was HIGHLY touchy and explosive. He would of did that for any reason. This is ludicrous and that place needs to be shut down. He Threatened me with that without apologizing for the wait and OFFERING me a refund.Review from Trudi S

After having you be one of my go to pizza places I might never order from you again after being treated completely unprofessionally by both your corporate and a local franchise. I was treated terribly when I ordered from you a few months back and the pizza was over an hour late. When I called to ask I was rudely told, "do you want your pizza or your money". When I reached out to the store I was told I would be contacted about it and never was. Your pizza is good but customer service is important.Review from teressa s

I ordered my food and was told it would take 10-15min because it was a salad and cheese bread only to get to *****'s pizza at ******************************* ****************** for them to say ** they are out of salads I explained that I called my order in and the manager looked at me and said when? I said good bye first of all bad customer service and the manager did not accomodate me I left with no food and to work a 3rd shift job I called in the order at 9:35 and got to *****'s at 10:05 highly disappointed I called the store as on my way to work only when I said i was going to contact corporate and the BBB is when the worker said well i can give you a credit well that does not help me because the manager should have had better customer service because i still left with no food and had to go to work.Review from James C

Having problems with rewards and orders. Local Marco ********************** says they have no control over rewards points or other online problems. No way to contact higher authority. Letter mailed several weeks ago has gone unanswered. Terrible customer service.Review from DENNIS H

I have been getting pizza from Marcos for at least 5 years. The last year or so the website used to order pizzas has been terribly difficult to use. I tried at least 30 minutes to use it to order. At first ,it did not properly identify the Marcos that i have been using for years. ********* in *********. Then I tried to use a code to use as I picked the pizza I wanted. After I got tired of trying I ordered and tried to pay for it on a card that was identified from previous orders .It wouldn't take it. Wanted a PIN number???? I then tried another card and it went through the same process asking for a Pin number. I tried another card and same problem. I finally gave up and called and drove down and picked it up. Asked the young man at the counter if anyone else had problems with the website and was told numerous people had the problem. Does anyone test these???? I worked at the ************ location and was harassed, bullied, threatened, and forced to quit when my sexual assault history was used against me by the *************. He pulled me into an office after I felt he was being inappropriate with minor workers and other women at the shop. He said "just because you've been sexually assaulted doesn't mean that's what I'm doing here." ************************* knew about this behavior, about the constant bullying and harassment and did nothing to protect me. But she did protect the predacious behavior by the higher **** The district manager ***** tried to assault me as well and I was told to be quiet and stop talking about it. The gm and another male coworker "joked" about how easy it would be to take my life. When I got scared they said "it's just a joke". Taking my life or anyones life should never be a joke to higher *** that are supposed to set HEALTHY examples in the work place. When I finally quit because of the horrific treatment I recieved they didn't stop the bullying and harassment. They stalked my social media, harassed me outside of work even when I didn't work there anymore. This company is a dangerous place for women, children, disabled people, and anyone dealing with cptsd or trauma. I've also called hr but they regularly ignore these issues cuz its all about the money not about their customer or workers comfort, saftey, or mental health. This company because they are unable to take accountability for their actions is a dangerous company. I'll be leaving this review on as many stores as I can to warn people until hr is capable of taking accountability for the actions of their appointed higher **** No one is safe to work in a company like this, especially your children.Review from Pamela J

Have had their website online ordering out for a month and no one seems to even care. Been customers of their for nearly 12 years now. Unreal. Bad business.
