The most helpful organization I have dealt with in a long time. Every person I interacted with at PHN was helpful, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure my success to receive my medication. They followed up with my doctor, his office personnel and me times a week when the doctors office was slow to provide the required paperwork. Their advocacy on my behalf along with their follow up to keep me informed of their next steps was unprecedented. Thank you to PHN, yall are the BEST!Review from LaDona S

I had no idea how I was going to get my medication until I came across PHN they helped me with all the paperwork to get my medication from the manufacturer if it wasn’t for them I’d be paying 1400 a month. It can be a huge headache dealing with any manufacturer so having a place like this do it for you is priceless!!!!Review from Miriam M

The Patient Help Network is a scam. They ask YOU to do all the hard work for them, then they send YOUR work to the pharmaceutical company which you could have done for yourself had you known the manufacturer of your medicine or their address. And all for $0 dollars instead of $80/mo. They make you think that it is they who are accepting your financial application when it is, in fact, the pharmaceutical company accepting you. YOU provide all the sensitive, personal financial information. YOU chase down your doctor to fill out their part, and then YOU send all that to Patient Help Network so they can send it to the pharmaceutical company for you. The manufacturer then sends the medication for $0 to The Patient Help Network who charges you $80/ mo. for making a fool out of you as they laugh all the way to the bank. YOU could have done all without them for $0/mo. These unethical practices need to be stopped.Review from John R

If there were a 10+ stars I would definitely use it. I can't thank you enough for all the help and support you have give me over the past 2+ yrs. I would not be here if it weren't for your program. As I would not have been able to get my medications for my diabetes. I want you to know, that Amanda, has been the sweetest, most compassionate young lady I have dealt with in years.. she has more than gone out of her way to work with me in getting the diabetic medications I needed. She is very patient, kind, knowledgeable, and listen with care. She is very dedicated andcompassionate about her job. I can't say enough good things about her. She has been a wonderful blessing to me. I have given several people your information who is struggling with their medications also, and unable to pay, because the prices are outlandish. Again I can not Praise and Thank you, The Patient Network Assistance Program for all you have done for me. I have been blessed. Forever grateful, **** ********
