      Drip Edge Flashing, also known as Drip Edge or D Metal is metal sheet or the material installed at the edge of a roof to direct water away from the facial board and into the gutter. Also shaped like an L. This was not installed. So, ***** ****** the owner did not finish the job that day on 8/15/24.

      The drip edge wasn't part of the original job. Towards the end of the job the consumer asked about getting a few pieces of drip edge and he would install it.  Consumer went down to our shop and pick up a few pieces.  A week later he called and asked when we would install the drip edge.  To make the consumer happy we went out and installed the drip edge.  This issue has been completely resolved.

      I retained CAPS roofing to put siding on my house and garage. Upon completion, I paid Brian the owner. I then noticed a power line was taken down and not rehung. I pointed this out to Brian who agreed it should have been rehung. He told my wife and I he was going to go to Lowes to get the necessary Items to rehang the cable. He never returned. I contacted Brian as to when I could expect the cable to be rehung. I was told he would send someone out to rehang the cable. No one showed. Second contact i was told a story about his truck being involved in an accident. All that was needed was for him to send one person out with a ladder. Third contact by phone left a message. No response.

      There was an old land for a phone that was not active that had to removed for the new siding. Initially it was not put back on because we did not have clips. I told Mr. ******* that we’d return to hang it back up, and certainly did. It took a few extra days due to a truck accident that put us slightly behind schedule but this minor matter was definitely resolved and that job was completed to full satisfaction within a very reasonable time. We also received high compliments afterwards from the homeowner about the quality and the fact that we beat the competitions price by so much.

      Finished the roofing left debre, shegle pieces and nails around building . Has told me several times he would come to clean up never showed. This has been 2 months, we cleaned up debre but nail all over still no show. He has not given us a proper receipt with 10 year warranty,like he said. He said the job would be 10,000 dallrs for 30 sq. then he came back and said it would be 7 more sq. that he made a mistake. We paid for the extra material 2,400 dallars

      I will reach out to consumer and arrange a time to clean up the nails.  The 10 year warranty is at the bottom of the contract which the consumer was provided a copy.  I will explain that to consumer.
