This was our second door project with Integrity Home Exteriors (first one was a big success). We are very pleased with the work and final installation. *** and his team were on time, polite, quiet, focused on the task, and were non-stop from arrival to final departure. I had an estimate with **** ***** from Integrity Home Exteriors. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable about all the products and services that his company offers. Even though he was there to earn my business and sell their products he wasn't pushy trying to get me to make a decision right then and there. I did not decide at that very moment to get the services that I got the quote for but when I'm financially ready I will be contacting Integrity Home Exteriors. We had to repair a screen door due to a shifting jam. We called our rep and within 24 hours they came out to make the repair and we are back in business without issue. The quality of work was great and the service representative along with the repair representative were pleasant and easy to work with. Our other screen door installed about 5 years ago had some loose weather stripping along the bottom. Again, called and was addressed within 24 hours and they double checked and replaced our second door's weather stripping along the bottom. Integrity is our first choice for home improvement projects. We've now had a whole house window replacement from single pane hand crank windows to new weather efficient windows more than 10 years ago, still doing great. Then we had a side screen door installed. A few years later we installed a front screen door. Most recently we had a roof inspection. We will be returning to Integrity to get the work done when the time is right. I'm grateful for their honest assessment which gives us some time to plan for the expense without pressure. We just kep knocking improvement projects off our list and rely on the honesty and quality of Integrity Home Exteriors.Review from Clifford R

Got an appointment quick with them for some wind damage that happened over the weekend. Gave an honest assessment about what needed fixed and didn’t try to upsell anything without being asked. Very professional and decently priced.Integrity Home Exteriors Response

Horrible company.. My dad is a disabled veteran and he called to get an estimate on windows, once he told them his address they said he was out of their district. He lives in North Toledo so he's in their district because they state they do the Toledo area. Their money is good like anybody else's and they lost a good paying customer and their business due to judging.Review from Rev. Victor C

I was give an estimate for a roof for house and garage, with **** troughs. I was first quoted above $19k. Then when the salesperson understood I wasn't going to pay that much, he said if I would "DO THEM A FAVOR" he could drop the price. He then gave me another quote closer to $15k, to put a sign in my yard. I told him "I feel like you just tried to play me." I asked; "why you just didn't start with that?" He assured me that he wasn't (but this isn't my first rodeo), and I knew before he said anything else what was coming next. He said; "this is a special offer, and we don't offer this to everyone. Let me call my manager to see if he will approve it." HERE COMES THE CATCH 22. "If he does approve it you have to take the offer right now." But that's not all. The financing doubled the price that was quoted. Basically they wanted $30,000.00 by the end of an agreed upon date. Exit stage left...Integrity Home Exteriors Response
