On November 15, 2022, I had my Western Star truck ( vin# ***************** ) towed to the Great Lakes Western Star/ Freightliner dealership. On November 23, 2022, my driver picked up my truck and start to go to work but when he was driving my truck shut down on the Concordia Missouri I-70 highway. I had my truck towed to ** truck stop mechanic shop in Concordia Missouri. We explained the situation to ** technician.After the technician has done the necessary research, he said that the PNDB part is old and needs to be replaced.I said dealer changed already and showed him my invoice and documents. He said this PNDB part is old not new.I told him to get fix but the said that such repairs are no longer done at the ** truck stop.I had my truck towed to a ******* ***** ***** ** ******** dealership in columbia Missouri.I explained my situation.The dealer checked and said same like ** technician that the PNDB part needs to change and dealer said that PNDB not changed at the first dealer I went to, but they stated that it was changed in the invoice and they took the money.The ******* ***** ***** ** ******** dealership replaced the PNDB part and gave me the old part and all the problems with my truck were over, and I started my business again.In short, the first Great Lakes dealer I went to didn't do the right job.They never changed the PNDB part and they took my money. I want all my expenses. I lost money because I couldn’t work (13 days );since November 23, 2022 to December 6, 2022 and my weekly gross is 10-12K which is cost me 20-24K . I towed 2 times and paid 763.00 dollar and plus 759 total 1,522.00 dollar .I had charge from Great Lakes both part and labor for the part they did not replace it which is 542.48. I paid ******* ***** ***** 996.00 for repair to PNDB Rent car 435.26 dollar Flight ticket 544.00 dollar Hotel 82.88 dollar My total expenses is 4,122.62 and plus my income loss around 20-24KBusiness response

After review of customer complaint ID ******** it was discovered that the PNDB was not replaced in the customer truck.
The Repair Order was not updated correctly and the customer was mistakenly billed for the replacement.
We have reversed that charge to the customer and are mailing a refund check for the amount of $548.42
