THE DATE WAS MAY 31 2022 . I PAID THE OWNER AND HIS WIFE $175 . TO PUT RACING STRIPES ON MY CAMARO . I WAS PUT OFF FOR 3 OR 4 WEEKS . THEN A NOW SHOW FOR OWNER . I WAITED AND CALLED OWNERS CELL PHONE FOR AN HOUR . AND LOOKED ALL AROUND BOTH BUILDINGS . LATER HE CALLED AND LAUGHED AN HAD ANOTHER ***. EXCUSS . HE PROMISED A FULL REFUND . THE ***. PROMISES KEPT COMING FOR 5 WEEKS NOW . WITH NO REFUND . MY LOSE WAS GAS , BUGS , TAR , MY TIME AND $175 ..REFUND WITH GAS MY TIME AND CAR CLEANING EXPENSE .Business response

Customer requested a custom set of racing stripes for his Camero. The custom stripes needed to be cut out by our plotter machine and our schedule was full for a few days. He was told that we would contact him once we had the stripes made to schedule the install. We communicated the day that the product was scheduled to be placed on the machine. The customer assumed that we would then be installing that day as well. Without communicating he showed up expecting an install. That day we had offsite installs scheduled so we didn't have our installers onsite to apply them to his vehicle. He got upset and demanded a refund for the downpayment we take for the cost of materials. To avoid any issue we credited back his credit card. Those refunds take a few weeks and are not in our control once processed. Our records show that he has received a full refund.
