In the original signed document invoice 2 entry doors were paid for. When the building was finally scheduled and built, the second door was not added in the build. I have been trying to get them to come out and fix the issue they created by leaving out the door. I have been told twice that my door has been scheduled to be put in and told to leave it unlocked twice, which i dont like doing, while i am at work. They have not called to cancel either time, just don't show up. They did surprise me a random day during the week, which i did not have the door unlocked. I also did not appreciate. I have tried to get a hold of someone many times and when i do they give me the run around. The entry door they put in was meant to be the secondary door. This makes it inconvenient to get out of in relation to my house. Honestly, they have been unprofessional and I would not recommend this company.Business response

This customer contacts me a few days after the build was complete. There was a door missing and the crew was very fast to rectify the missing door. There were several appointments made to install the door in which the customer was not available. The installers definitely took the appropriate action to fix the mistake. We apologies that the customer was unhappy with the attempt to reschedule m, but this is not a negative reflection upon Bethel Steel as the install crew and company made several attempts to fix a common error. The door has been installed and the problem has been corrected in an extremely timely manner. Problems sometimes occur and we have gone above a beyond to fix the error in a timely manner.Customer response
