I would give them 0 stars if it were an option. Worse testing experience ever. Proctor was horrible. Very disrespectful and rude to everyone testing there that day. Terrible location, difficult to find. Building smelled damp. Stains on the carpeting. I would truly give 0 Stars of it were an option. I understand you need to be strict but there is no need to treat people that way.

I have looked into the case carefully, considering the statements that Ms. H****** stated in her complaint. The resolution that she is requesting is unclear. The test administrator was professional, polite and helpful. All candidates are warmly greeted and told to have a nice day when they exit the testing center. Sincere apologies were given to all candidates for any inconveniences they felt like they experienced. All candidates are given the option to reschedule if they feel as if they would like to. This candidate chose to test. The signs are located surrounding the entire area of the campus, front and back, with arrows directing candidate to follow. The site is cleaned and maintained daily. Candidate failed the exam. I am sorry for any inconveniences that the candidate had. I appreciate your understanding. Will J****/Dawn S**** ********* ******* ****** ***** **** 

Wheat her or not I passed the exam is not relevant. The proctor did not answer questions. She was not polite and if that is someone’s view of being professional that is a sad state of affairs. When you pull up the testing centers there is nothing but complaints about the proctors at the facilities. They have also been reported to our company education department. So sad that no one wants to really address the issues of this company.

Lady running this site is rude and unprofessional. Psi indicated to all testers to arrive 15min early for a 3 hour test. Read directions carefully that were sent and the only Covid protocol listed was to wear a mask. I took care to wear appropriate clothing and have all my IDs ready, electronics off, and be on time. I arrived 20 min early and saw students standing outside in the chilly weather. I opted to wait in my vehicle until the doors were opened. The testing employee did not open the door until 10 min until 9, so I walked up at that time. It was then I was given a number and the group was told she was only allowing 5 people in at a time so anyone in the last groups would need to sit and wait in their cars for up to 2 hours. Needless to say I did not plan for that since it was NO where on the directions. I intentionally planned meals and drinks around the fact that I was taking a test at 9am, not 11am. Covid protocols have been gone everywhere for months, but everyone was happy to wear a mask. This really is unacceptable for people preparing for extremely challenging testing. Fair warning should have been provided that people would need to wait for hours in their vehicles waiting to test.

TCA was very polite and professional. All candidates receive a "Candidate Bulletin Information" printout before they arrive at the testing site that states: On the day of the examination, you should arrive 30 minutes before your appointment. This extra time is for sign-in, identification, and familiarizing you with the examination process. If you arrive late, you may not be admitted to the examination site and you will forfeit your examination registration fee. Site opens at 8:00am ( SITE THIS DAY OPENED AT 8:00AM) to start checking in candidates in early if they would like to get checked in and start early. TCA did not tell anyone how many candidates would be allowed in at a time; it varies. Signs are posted multiple places of the testing site INCLUDING the front entrance door stating : "Delays may occur due to social distancing. " Directions are given at the start of each group so that everyone is aware of policies. Apologies are given at both that time, before a candidate is checked in and after the candidate is finished with their exam during check out for delays and inconveniences. Social distancing still applies at this testing site. This candidate was checked in slightly after 10:00am with apologies accompanying the check in ( and check out). Signs are posted at the front entrance doors, around the testing site. in hallways and in the site concerning the possibility of delays. Candidates are given apologies for delays and inconveniences as was this candidate.

Politeness is subjective. You can not truly believe this is true based on the 20+ google reviews of her unprofessional nature. However, we will focus on the objective statements. You claim the Candidate Bulletin indicated to arrive 30 min early. This is false. I have it in front of me. If I could post a picture I would. It states to arrive 15 min early. You also claim there was warning of distancing protocols. This is also false. There was NO mention anywhere other then to bring a mask. The protocols were entirely to continue justified harassment and power wielding. You claim the doors were open. This is false. People were crowded around outside after being kicked out. You claim no “number” of people allowed was stated. This is false. You should be ashamed of your treatment of people and your lack of accountability to what should be a professionally run entity.

Sally was extremely unprofessional and very rude. We had an awful experience here due to her complete lack of customer service. She should not be in her current role as she has a complete disregard for helping people. She further aggravated the situation and was aggressive in her mannerisms. I felt personally threatened by her. She claimed there was a policy in place that justified her actions but couldn’t produce a document showing said policy.

The TCA was professional and polite. The candidate refused to follow policies that were in place and was disturbing other candidates that were testing. The TCA called a supervisor for instructions since this person was aggressive in refusing to follow policies and the supervisor verified that the TCA was following the proper protocols. The TCA gave options to assist the candidate however the candidate refused the options. Social distancing is in place at the testing site. Apologies were given several times for the inconveniences. The reason for "their" visit was handled completed professionally that day. Visitors are not permitted in the admin area of the testing site. Signs are posted in the testing site.
