  I went to subway in Tuppers Plains, Ohio on 04/16/2024 at 8:25pm. I spent $50.00 some dollars there. When I pulled up the speaker was broken as it always is so I had to pull around to the window to place my order. There was a girl there that has a problem with my daughter as they are both in highschool, she seen me at the window laughed and walked away leaving another employee to have to come to the window to take my order. I placed my order and asked the young guy that he be the only one to make my subs as the girl I didn't know worked there acted the way she just did and I didn't want her making my subs and doing something to them. He asked why so I explained she has been threatening my daughter at school but if it was an issue I could go elsewhere. He then gets rude and asked if I even knew the girls name and I gave him her name. He rolls his eyes and walks away from the window. Just really rude about the whole situation. I asked what the managers name was and he said ******* ***** and she came to the window. I told her how he was so rude and this wasn't the first time of employees being so rude. She proceeded to raise her eyebrows and throw her hands up and said no he wasn't rude once and wanted to argue about it. The girl I asked to not make our subs made our subs anyway. All around they were all very rude. Every time you go there they are ALWAYS out of everything you can never get what you order from there either. I tried contacting the owner but they will not return phone calls and I tried contacting corporate but you can't get through to them either. I'm sorry but spending that kind of money, you shouldn't have to deal with rude employees for one and for two when you bring something to a managers attention and her not care at all or address anything instead wanted to argue it's pretty unprofessional. I have private messages along with many comments where it's always an issue with the employees there and something needs done and handled!
